Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Start Date: 06-03-2026

End Date: 09-02-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, team scheduling with weekend requirements every third weekend for days and every other weekend for nights

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care across all inpatient areas from neonates to geriatrics
Perform EKGs, bedside bronchoscopies, and bedside spirometry with precision
Collaborate closely with providers, nurses, and fellow therapists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Float throughout the hospital to support various units as needed
Manage ventilators, BiPAPs, and high-flow oxygen systems with expertise

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
NRP and PALS preferred
Recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Strong time management and adaptability
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion ventilators
Experience with Vision, V60, V30, and Respironics BiPAP systems
