Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and expertise
Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation during cases
Enhance nursing competency while building a positive team culture
Titrate vasoactive drips and manage complex critical care patients
Support pre-procedure preparation and recovery for cardiac and vascular patients
Float to assist other departments as a collaborative team member
Monitor telemetry strips and ensure high-quality patient care across units

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency required
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff
Critical care and telemetry experience strongly valued
If you meet the majority of requirements the CNO will still consider your application

Critical Care and Telemetry expertise
Vasoactive drip management
Moderate sedation administration
Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ventilator, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen management
Building team culture and enhancing nursing competency
