Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Single scrub cardiac cases with precision and care
Scrub in main OR for ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn procedures when cardiac cases are light
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for each case
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current Surgical Tech certification
Experience scrubbing cardiac cases independently
Ability to scrub multiple specialties including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile technique
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly between specialties
Effective communication with the surgical team
