Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages
Provide therapy sessions that help patients regain confidence and independence
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to ensure comprehensive care
Document progress and adjust interventions to achieve the best outcomes

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
Patient education and family training
Electronic medical record documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration
