Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Create customized care plans that help patients reach their goals
Collaborate with physicians and care teams for seamless patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Document progress and adjust treatments to maximize results

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota
Strong clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Clear communication and patient education
Electronic medical record documentation
