Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized therapy to help patients regain independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful care plans
Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
Support patients recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic conditions
Document progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience with diverse patient populations including neuro, ortho, and peds
Ability to work both inpatient and outpatient settings
Comfortable with weekend and holiday rotations as needed
