Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily in acute care settings
Perform modified barium swallow studies to assess swallowing function
Support premature infants in the NICU with feeding needs
Deliver compassionate care to adult inpatients with communication and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Experience performing modified barium swallow studies required
Comfort working with both adult and neonatal populations
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Modified Barium Swallow Studies expertise
Acute care speech therapy experience
NICU feeding support knowledge
Patient-centered communication approach
