Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain communication skills in the comfort of their homes
Develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support patient progress
Document patient outcomes and adjust therapy approaches as needed

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Home health experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic techniques for speech and language disorders
Documentation and progress reporting
Building rapport with patients and families
