Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic care focusing on shoulders, elbows, and wrists
Help patients recover from tendonitis, fractures, and post-surgical repairs
Provide therapy across acute inpatient, rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings
Treat an average of 12 patients daily with personalized treatment plans
Document care using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute settings
Collaborate with rehab aides and the OT manager to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic therapy, especially upper extremity cases
Experience with shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures preferred
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Upper extremity therapy protocols
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Documentation in ReDoc and Meditech systems
Working with diverse diagnoses including CVA, MS, and head injuries
