Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a certified nursing assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and document patient condition and report changes to the nursing team
• Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver great care
• Build rapport with patients and families to promote comfort and dignity

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Valid state-required credentials to practice in California
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
• Ability to pass background and health screenings as required
• Comfort working day shift 12-hour per diem assignments
• Strong communication skills and a caring bedside manner

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care techniques and infection control practices
• Vital signs monitoring and accurate documentation
• Safe patient handling and transfer skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a clinical team
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
