Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the nursing team as the Unit Manager, setting tone for quality patient care
• Coordinate daily unit operations to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient staffing
• Oversee clinical standards and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching, feedback, and performance oversight
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and optimize patient care
• Manage unit scheduling and resource allocation to meet patient and facility needs
• Monitor unit performance metrics and implement process improvements where needed

Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) credential — core requirement for this role
• Experience in a Unit Manager or nursing leadership role (leadership/management experience)
• Ability to work the listed Monday-Friday day shift schedule
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities
