RN (Registered Nurse) - Multi Care Unit
Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona
Start Date: 07-13-2026
End Date: 10-12-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), every other weekend (Friday-Saturday for nights, Saturday-Sunday for days)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in our Multi Care Unit, including ICU, PCU, and MST patients
- Monitor and manage critical drips such as sedation, vasopressors, and insulin
- Collaborate with charge nurse and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform 12-lead EKGs and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Float to other units to maintain competency across different acuity levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (or 1 year ICU plus 1 year PCU/Med Surg in large facility)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam with 80% within two attempts
- Strong skills in titration of critical care drips
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in critical care nursing, including management of ventilators, BiPAP, and CPAP
- Skilled in interpreting telemetry and 12-lead EKGs
- Experience with charge nurse responsibilities
- Flexibility to float between units and maintain competency
