Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 2nd shift

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Document care provided and communicate with the healthcare team

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont or New Hampshire
At least 6 months of recent LNA experience in a long-term care setting
BLS certification preferred
Willingness to travel and work a 12-week contract

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Basic computer skills for documentation
