Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch clinical services alongside providers and staff to ensure exceptional patient care
Lead clinic operations from front desk to patient care for seamless efficiency
Manage medication inventory and supplies with precision
Perform quality control on point-of-care tests and document all care accurately
Oversee opening and closing of provider clinics smoothly
Anticipate needs of providers and staff to boost quality patient outcomes
Communicate effectively across departments as a vital team resource

Qualifications

Current full unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska (or apply before start for direct hire; active for agency)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
Clinical Competency Assessment - SEARHC within 3 months and every 3 years
High Risk Competency - SEARHC within 3 months and every year
1 year acute care experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent

Nursing process application in dynamic settings

Patient assessments, needs anticipation, and specimen collection
Computer and medical equipment proficiency
