Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage ventilators and provide expert respiratory care for adult and neonatal patients
Deliver life-saving treatments including BiPAP setup, nebulizer therapy, and ABG draws
Assist with intubations and provide standby support during conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Care for neonates 32 weeks and up using bubble CPAP in a strong level 2 nursery setting
Collaborate with a dedicated lead therapist and 24/7 hospitalist team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery competency
Skilled in ventilator management and bubble CPAP

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 and Philips V60 equipment
Bubble CPAP and high-flow oxygen delivery
ABG draws, BiPAP setup, and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Strong assessment skills for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
