Location: Redding, California

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with PT and Speech teams to deliver comprehensive rehab care
- Document progress and adjust treatment goals to maximize recovery
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies
- Contribute to a positive rehab environment that celebrates every milestone
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
- Open to first-time travelers
Knowledge & Skills
- Cerner EMR experience
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
