Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care and support to patients in a mental health setting
- Assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
- Help create a safe, supportive environment for healing and recovery
- Collaborate with nurses and therapists to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in California
- Previous experience in mental health or behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
