Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
Deliver compassionate support in Level II trauma, NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize advanced equipment including Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60 Respironics
Make independent clinical judgments while maintaining the highest standards of care
Cover all areas throughout the facility ensuring seamless respiratory therapy services

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
Proven NICU experience essential
Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
Experience with neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory care
Proficiency with multiple ventilator platforms and respiratory equipment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Adaptability across diverse clinical settings
