Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the Physical Therapy Department with passion, training and supervising a dedicated team of staff
Craft personalized therapy programs using innovative techniques like heat, cold, manual therapy, ultrasound, and gait training to transform patient lives
Provide hands-on care to patients, modifying treatments as needed and collaborating with physicians for optimal outcomes
Oversee clinical practice for students, demonstrating best techniques and empowering the next generation
Manage scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to keep the department running smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

Current Washington State Physical Therapy licensure
BLS certification
Five years of hands-on physical therapy experience
Three years of management experience in a rehab therapy department

Education

Graduation from a School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership in staff supervision and patient treatment
Expertise in physical therapy modalities including electrical stimulation, hydrotherapy, and balance training
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical and business information
Skilled in mathematical concepts like statistics and proportions for therapy planning
Problem-solving prowess in dynamic clinical environments
