Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients during your shift
• Perform thorough assessments and promptly escalate clinical changes
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Document patient care in the electronic health record clearly and timely
• Support patient and family education, providing reassurance and resources

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (required)
• Comfortable working in an MST specialty — clinical focus and adaptability needed
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred; strong assessment skills a plus
• Ability to work independently on per-diem assignments and integrate with existing teams
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and clinical judgment
• Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Team collaboration and clear interdisciplinary communication
