Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse leading a dedicated care team
Administer medications safely and compassionately to residents
Provide expert wound care that promotes healing and comfort
Build meaningful relationships with long-term care residents and families
Monitor and advocate for the health needs of residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
Skilled in medication administration and basic wound care
Familiar with Matrix EMR documentation
Able to provide compassionate care for residents with chronic conditions
