End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse and lead the care team on your unit
Administer medications safely and compassionately to residents
Provide skilled wound care that promotes healing and comfort
Monitor and support residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with PT and social work to deliver holistic long-term care

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong assessment and medication administration skills

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
Skilled with medication passing and basic wound care
Familiar with Matrix EMR documentation
Able to build genuine connections with residents and families
