Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a close-knit rural setting
Triage patients and manage Pitocin drips with confidence and precision
Serve as the baby catcher and transition nurse, celebrating each new life
Collaborate with a small, dedicated team where your skills truly make an impact
Support moms through every stage of their journey from labor to postpartum recovery

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM certifications required
At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience with LDRP training
Comfortable triaging patients and functioning independently as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong LDRP and triage skills
Experience with Pitocin titration
Ability to read and interpret fetal monitoring strips
Comfort working in a rural hospital with limited on-site support
