End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling, every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate one-on-one care to laboring mothers and their newborns
Monitor fetal heart rates and respond quickly to any changes
Administer and titrate critical medications like Magnesium and Oxytocin
Support families through the beautiful journey of birth and recovery
Collaborate with providers during C-sections to ensure safe deliveries
Offer expert postpartum care to help moms and babies thrive together

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Strong fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation skills

Labor and Delivery expertise
Postpartum couplet care
Neonatal resuscitation techniques
Fetal monitoring interpretation
Safe medication titration practices
Team collaboration in rural healthcare settings
