Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a 12-bed L&D unit
Circulate and assist with C-sections in our dedicated OR suites
Monitor fetal heart rates and interpret strips using our WatchChild system
Float occasionally to the mom-baby unit to support seamless patient care
Collaborate with 24/7 OB, Neonatology, and Anesthesia teams for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state
ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications required
Recent L&D experience with the ability to circulate C-sections
Comfortable reading your own fetal monitoring strips

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fetal monitoring interpretation skills
Experience circulating C-sections
Ability to work collaboratively with surgical techs and charge nurses
Flexible with floating to mom-baby when needed
