Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently attend deliveries and provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers
• Circulate in C-sections and assist with newborn transition
• Titrate critical drips including magnesium, pitocin, and insulin
• Monitor and interpret fetal heart tracings using Centricity-perinatal
• Provide postpartum care to mother-baby couplets
• Collaborate with OB hospitalists, anesthesiologists, and NNPs in a team environment
• Adapt to unit workflows and policies while maintaining high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience (1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments)
• Active RN license in Washington or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Intermediate or advanced fetal heart monitoring (FHM) preferred
• Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating C-sections
• Ability to function in postpartum and transition babies as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in EPIC and Centricity-perinatal
• Experience titrating magnesium, pitocin, and insulin drips
• Strong fetal heart monitoring interpretation skills
• Ability to adapt to different workflows and receive feedback
• Team collaboration and effective communication
