End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour AM/PM shifts with every other weekend requirement and 2 twelve-hour call shifts every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
Circulate and scrub in the OR for cesarean sections when needed
Monitor fetal heart rates and respond quickly to obstetrical emergencies
Titrate medications such as Pitocin, Fentanyl, and Labetalol to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with OB techs and the care team to support healthy births
Educate and support families during one of life's most meaningful moments

Qualifications

Active RN license (90-day emergency license available upon offer)
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Experience circulating and/or scrubbing in the OR for cesarean sections
Comfortable reading fetal monitoring strips and using GE Centricity
Ability to titrate drips and respond to changing patient needs

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Labor & Delivery and Postpartum knowledge
Fetal monitoring and EFM interpretation
Telemetry monitoring and emergency response
Team collaboration in a fast-paced OB unit
