Shift Type: Rotating shifts with weeknight call 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM and weekend/holiday call including 24-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM and 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care during GI procedures including colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs, and EUS
Administer procedural sedation and monitor patients throughout their journey
Collaborate with the GI team to ensure smooth case flow averaging 7 procedures daily
Float to support GI cases across Outpatient Surgery, Main OR, Emergency Department, and Critical Care areas
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR

Qualifications

Active California RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Procedural Sedation experience required
Advanced GI RN experience with screening and interventional procedures
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of GI procedures and patient monitoring
Ability to respond confidently during on-call situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to float across multiple care settings
