Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional emergency care to patients in critical condition
- Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
- Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
- Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless care continuity
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and triage skills
