Location: Pendleton, Oregon

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 12-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Collaborate with a skilled team of physicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
Respond quickly and confidently to a wide range of emergencies in a fast-paced environment
Manage your own patient assignments from arrival through discharge, making a real difference every shift
Support your colleagues by floating only when you choose to, keeping your focus where it matters most

Qualifications

Active RN license in Oregon or ability to obtain the 90-day Emergency License
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Minimum 2-3 years of recent emergency department experience
Strong critical-thinking skills and self-motivation to thrive independently

Knowledge & Skills

Independent thinker who can make quick, confident decisions
Self-motivated with a passion for emergency nursing
Comfortable managing all aspects of ER care, including holds and psych patients
Proficient with Meditech EMR and familiar with common ER equipment
