Location: Pendleton, Oregon

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 12-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians and support staff to deliver timely interventions
Manage patient flow from direct bedding to quick triage, ensuring efficient care delivery
Respond confidently to trauma cases as part of a Level 4 trauma center team
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms while delivering comprehensive bedside care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and next steps with clarity and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license in Oregon or ability to obtain the 90-day emergency license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Minimum 2-3 years of recent emergency department experience
Strong critical thinking and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge & Skills

Independent thinker who can prioritize and adapt quickly
Comfortable managing all aspects of ER care including holds and psych patients
Proficient with Meditech EMR and familiar with RT equipment and imaging coordination
Excellent communication and teamwork in a collaborative environment
