Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with 10 days of call per six-week schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care for endoscopy and GI procedures
Assist with ERCP procedures and occasional bronchoscopies
Prepare and recover Endo patients in the pre-op area
Collaborate with anesthesia team during all cases
Maintain strict adherence to patient safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
Current driver's license required at time of submittal
Must pass open-book skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
Comfortable working in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
Willing to remove artificial nails per facility policy

Knowledge & Skills

Endoscopy and GI nursing procedures
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
