Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week totaling 36 hours

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate dialysis care to patients in need
Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs during treatment
Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver excellent outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
BLS certification required
Dialysis experience preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Dialysis treatment procedures
Patient assessment and monitoring
Infection control practices
Electronic medical records documentation
Team collaboration and communication
