Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, shift negotiable

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert nursing care during open heart, TAVR, endovascular, and thoracic procedures
Scrub in to assist with holding the heart and closing the chest when needed
Collaborate with a skilled CVOR team of 8 OR techs and dedicated charge nurses
Float to General OR when CVOR cases are light, expanding your skill set across specialties
Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced 16-suite OR environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
Open Heart and/or Endovascular experience strongly preferred
Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
Willingness to float within Zone 1 facilities as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of CVOR procedures including open heart and endovascular cases
Familiarity with Epic EMR system
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume surgical environment
Comfortable with call responsibilities and flexible scheduling
