Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily living assistance to patients
Support patients with mobility and personal care needs
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver quality care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Infection control practices
Vital signs monitoring
Documentation and reporting
Compassionate bedside manner
