Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advocate ensuring providers stay informed and supported on procedures, benefits, and tools
• Coordinate administrative support for the Network Contracting and Relations team
• Partner with internal departments to research and resolve provider issues with timely follow-through
• Document all provider interactions and outcomes accurately in internal systems
• Support onboarding of new providers including credentialing follow-up and demographic updates
• Monitor and track provider concerns, escalating complex issues when needed
• Help maintain accurate provider directories by validating demographic and operational information
• Contribute to Network Management projects that support departmental goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare industry experience
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Health plan experience strongly preferred, especially in Provider Relations, Referral Authorization, Provider Data Maintenance, or Claims Processing
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare industry experience
