Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
• Use evidence-based interventions to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence
• Document patient progress clearly and timely in the EMR
• Collaborate with clinic staff and other clinicians to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention strategies
• Support clinic initiatives to improve workflows, patient satisfaction, and outcomes

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Indiana or ability to obtain state licensure
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; PTs with equivalent training considered
• Open to all experience levels — new grads encouraged to apply
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to pass background checks and meet employer onboarding requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; entry-level PT graduates welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in outpatient musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment
• Familiarity with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
• Good clinical reasoning and goal-setting abilities
• Comfortable documenting in electronic medical records
• Ability to educate and motivate patients and caregivers
• Teamwork and time-management skills in a busy outpatient setting
