Roles & Responsibilities

• Circulate in the cardiac cath lab to ensure procedures run smoothly and safely
• Provide moderate sedation and monitor patients throughout procedures with vigilance and care
• Support and assist with a wide range of procedures including LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER, EP, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM, peripheral and endovascular AAA
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment from Philips and Siemens while documenting accurately in Merge
• Collaborate with the cath lab team to maintain a sterile environment and follow unit policies
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort, performing thorough pre- and post-procedure assessments

Qualifications

• Cath lab circulating experience required; demonstrated competence in cardiac cath procedures
• Experience providing moderate sedation in an interventional setting
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• ARRT (R) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as noted in the job posting
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in on-call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with Merge documentation system
• Experience with Philips and Siemens cath lab imaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and related devices
• Excellent patient monitoring and sedation management skills
• Clear communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced procedural environment
• Comfortable with unit-specific policies, sterile technique, and procedure prep
