Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate physical therapy to long-term care patients in a skilled nursing facility
Create personalized treatment plans that help patients regain strength and independence
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Adapt therapies to meet individual needs and promote lasting recovery

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Experience in SNF settings with long-term care patients preferred
Full-time availability starting as soon as possible
California PTA license required

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in SNF rehabilitation techniques
Skilled in caring for long-term care patients
Strong communication and empathy
Flexible and adaptable approach to therapy
