Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy to adults, adolescents, and geriatrics
Perform thorough evaluations using gross motor assessments
Build and manage a thriving caseload of 55+ visits per day
Treat diverse ortho conditions like ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, and osteoarthritis
Provide specialized neuro care for patients with Parkinson's disease
Collaborate on case management and screening to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license
1+ years of PT experience
Comfortable with high-volume caseloads and productivity expectations

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ortho skills including Achilles tendonitis, meniscus tears, and total joint replacements
Neuro expertise in Parkinson's disease management
Proficiency with NextGen EHR
Case management and patient screening abilities
