Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends (2 per pay period)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry patients closely, interpreting rhythms with precision to ensure safety
Provide expert care for post-cardiac cath lab patients, pacemakers, and stroke cases
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 41 staff members on a 24-bed unit
Deliver bedside shift reports and maintain patient communication boards for seamless handoffs
Manage 1:5 patient ratios while adapting to dynamic needs with urgency and teamwork

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of experience
ACLS certification required
Competency in rhythm interpretation is a must
Experience in telemetry nursing

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring using GE remote systems
Rhythm interpretation and cardiac care
Meditech EMR proficiency
Critical care and leadership experience preferred
Team player mindset with adaptability and sense of urgency
