Location: Williston, North Dakota

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 36 hours/week, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend (Days: Sat/Sun, Nights: Fri/Sat), block scheduling allowed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 - $45.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide attentive sitter support across hospital floors, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Monitor vital signs and perform hourly rounding for proactive care
Assist with feeding, ambulation, turning and positioning to promote patient mobility and well-being
Deliver compassionate CNA duties on various units, adapting to diverse patient needs
Collaborate with charge nurses and teams in a dynamic hospital environment

Qualifications

Active WA license required
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year hospital experience
Tele experience preferred

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Vital signs monitoring
Feeding and ambulation assistance
Turning and positioning techniques
Hourly rounding protocols
EPIC charting system
Flexibility and positive attitude
