Start Date: 05-18-2026

End Date: 08-17-2026

Shift Type: Night shifts, Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, every other weekend first to float

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care to patients in the ICU/PCU setting, making a real difference every shift
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Float as needed to support the hospital's high standards of care
Utilize Cerner charting system to document care accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Active RN license required
BLS certification
2+ years of experience, ideally in ICU or PCU
Ready for a pre-screening by the clinical team followed by manager interview

Education

ADN or higher; BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and prioritization in fast-paced acute care environments
Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to float across units as needed
