Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to diverse adult and geriatric patients across MS-Tele, Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, and more in a dynamic float role
• Monitor and titrate heparin drips while managing 1:5-6 ratios based on acuity
• Float seamlessly within Zone 3 facilities including OrthoColorado Hospital, Longmont United, St. Anthony, and St. Anthony North
• Collaborate with charge nurses, nurse aides, and RT teams using EPIC charting
• Adapt to various units from ICU low-acuity holds to PCU, Stepdown, and ED Obs
• Provide post-surgical and general medicine care that truly makes a difference

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience, with prior neuro experience preferred
• Must live 60+ miles from each Zone 3 facility and submit DL
• Ready for in-state orientation week

Education

• BSN preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and heparin titration
• Skilled in caring for cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, and post-surgical patients
• Comfortable with vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and diverse acuity levels
• EPIC charting expertise
• Flexible floater mindset with strong adaptability
