Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Four 10-hour shifts per week, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with on call responsibilities

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and monitor cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and neurology procedures with precision
Manage access sites and symptoms, including expert sheath removal
Assist in admitting, recovering, and discharging patients smoothly
Handle emergency after-hours calls to make a real difference
Schedule inpatients and outpatients for seamless procedure flow
Serve as first assist to physicians, working independently with confidence

Qualifications

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
Previous Cath Lab experience required
Experience in CCL, Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Neuro
Comfortable with on-call responsibilities
DCI/BVP certification

Education

RCIS certification and relevant specialized training

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in scrubbing and monitoring complex procedures
Proficient in access site management and sheath removal
Strong independent working skills as physician first assist
On-call response for emergency situations
