Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room
Collaborate with surgical teams to support life-changing procedures
Monitor patients with precision and compassion during critical operations
Ensure sterile environments and smooth OR workflows
Advocate for patient safety and optimal outcomes every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent CVOR experience preferred
Commitment to top-notch patient care
Ready to pass skills checklists and competency exams

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures
Strong sterile technique and OR protocols
Proficiency with monitoring equipment and emergency response
Team player mindset with clear communication
