Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly at the front desk and handle registration
- Manage scheduling to keep the clinic flowing smoothly
- Room patients efficiently in the asthma and allergy clinic
- Support both front and back office needs as required
- Deliver compassionate care in an ambulatory outpatient setting
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
- MA-C certification required
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) via AMCA
