Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to PCU patients during critical night hours
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Respond swiftly to emergencies ensuring safety and stability
Advocate for patients making a real difference in their recovery journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in Michigan
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent PCU or progressive care experience preferred
Commitment to Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking for high-acuity patients
Excellent communication in fast-paced night environments
Proficiency in PCU protocols and telemetry monitoring
Team player attitude with a focus on patient-centered care
