Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 4 weekend shifts per schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to high-risk maternal patients bringing new life into the world
Circulate in the operating room and manage triage with precision and compassion
Assist in vaginal and cesarean deliveries, tubal ligations, and complex procedures
Collaborate with a tenured team in a Level 4 maternal center handling the most critical cases
Monitor and support patients at any gestation stage in a fast-paced, rewarding environment

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of L&D experience
Experience with high-risk maternal patients is a must
Circulating OR and triage skills required
Greater than 5 years experience preferred for top consideration
BLS and NRP certifications needed

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current RN licensure in good standing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in high-risk maternal care and complex deliveries
OR circulating and triage proficiency
Fast-paced multi-tasking with quick adaptability
Strong team collaboration in a supportive unit
Familiarity with EMR systems like CPN and Meditech
