Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the PCU
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Provide compassionate support to patients and families during vulnerable times
Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Document care accurately to ensure continuity and quality

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in PCU or similar
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical judgment and patient advocacy skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PCU-level patient monitoring and interventions
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
Knowledge of telemetry and progressive care protocols
